How long does it take to get my order?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Genion from the clouds and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. Your Genion will then gently be sent via our shipping suppliers, below is the estimated time each country takes to deliver during this period:

North America:
United States: 6-10 business days (Expedited Shipping: 5-8 Business Days)
Canada: 8-12 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 10-12 business days

United Kingdom: 5-8 business days (Expedited ShIpping: 3-5 Business Days) Germany, France, Italy, Spain: 6-10 Business Days (Expedited Shipping: 5-8 Business Days)

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

How much is shipping?

We offer free and fast worldwide shipping. If you want to get your order even faster, we also provide Expedited Shipping option for US $19.99.

I just placed an order and i need to change it.

If you need to change an order that you just placed through our website, you need to email immediately with your changes.

Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it.

We do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we are no longer able to make changes once the order is processing at our Fulfillment centers and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they are shipped.


What is the Genion Kids return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.

What do i do if i need to return something?

Email our friendly customer service team to, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!

When will I receive the refunded money?

Please offer us the tracking number of the returned items. We will promptly refund your money once we receive the returned items. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns. These costs are nonrefundable.
